Humphrey 'Huck' Astley is a singer-songwriter and musician based in Oxford. In recent years he has performed in cities as diverse as Edinburgh, Amsterdam, New York and New Orleans, as well as at festivals such as Cornbury, Truck and Norderzon. He is a member of the highly-regarded alt-folk band The Epstein, and previously fronted the Gothic Americana quartet Huck & The Handsome Fee. Short-lived but much-loved, the band's raucous six-week US tour would inspire his three-part album and PRS Foundation stage show Alexander the Great: a Folk Operetta. His debut LP The Torch is due for release in late 2016.
